The usual running order

• Prepared speeches5-7 minutes each, from members working through a Pathways project.
• Table TopicsOne to two minutes, no preparation and no warning. Guests are welcome to try, and equally welcome to pass.
• EvaluationsTwo to three minutes. A member responds to each speech: what worked, what to try next.
• Functionary rolesChairing, timing, counting filler words, grammarian. All taken by members.

What it costs

Guests pay KES 300. Members, nothing.
